1. Booking Contract

When you book a tour with BucketHat Birding, you enter into a binding contract governed by these terms and conditions. The contract is finalized when we issue a booking confirmation.

2. Pricing and Payment

Tour prices are subject to change due to unforeseen cost increases. However, once your booking is confirmed and the deposit paid, the price is guaranteed unless changes are forced by government action or significant currency fluctuations exceeding 10%.

3. Tour Leader Discretion

Our tour leaders have authority on all matters of safety and well-being. Their decision on itinerary changes due to local conditions, weather, or bird activity is final.

4. Health and Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for the tour. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

5. Responsibility for Gear

Photographic equipment is the sole responsibility of the participant. BucketHat Birding is not liable for damage or loss of cameras, lenses, or accessories during the tour.

6. Wildlife Sightings

While we maximize opportunities for bird sightings and photography, wildlife behavior is unpredictable and we cannot guarantee specific sightings.
